The Children’s Courtyard values our customers’ participation, interests and needs and takes great pride in our relationships with our guests. In order to provide educational and daycare services as well as information regarding those services, The Children’s Courtyard (“The Children’s Courtyard” or “we”) will occasionally ask you to provide us information about yourself and/or the children you have enrolled or seek to enroll at The Children’s Courtyard. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. The Children’s Courtyard takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. When we collect personal information, including your name, e-mail address, home address, phone, or child’s name or age, we use it only for internal purposes to improve our services to our customers. The information will not be shared or sold to any party outside The Children’s Courtyard without your prior consent.

A special note about children. Although The Children’s Courtyard provides educational and daycare services, this website is for the use of parents only. The Children’s Courtyard does not collect personal information from minors (under the age of 18) and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us via this website.

Information we collect. The Children’s Courtyard collects and stores a limited amount of personally identifiable information from the users of this website. That information is limited to your name, e-mail address, home address, phone, and/or child’s name or age.

In addition, because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave The Children’s Courtyard website, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information only to try to understand our visitors’ preferences better and to manage the load on our web server, so as to improve our service and your experience with The Children’s Courtyard. We communicate with parents of children enrolled at The Children’s Courtyard via e-mail, U.S. mail or telephone to provide requested services or resolve complaints. We may also contact these parents to send information about important changes to our services. Generally, these parents cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

We may also use your information to send you other communications of a promotional nature. You can choose whether to receive these communications by notifying us of your decision to opt out of these communications at contactus@schoolsbysundance.com.

Accessing and changing your information. You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information at any time by requesting a copy of the information maintained by the Children’s Courtyard about you at contactus@schoolsbysundance.com. Upon request, The Children’s Courtyard will provide you a complete copy of the information maintained by The Children’s Courtyard about you for your review and correction.
